Managing for the sales and marketing team for the company – used truck leasing business
Working closely with leasing company as well as the second hand car showrooms.
Focused on generating new sales, achieving and maintaining sales targets
Growing and retaining existing clients, through the delivering of exceptional customer service.
Generates profitable new business within the local market in order to exceed set targets.
Manages the entire sales cycle from lead/enquiry development, negotiation to close.
Pro-actively self generates leads & effectively manages the pipeline generated through marketing.
Retains and develops existing client relationships that result in new business leads and maximizing client revenue potential.
Ensures the team is delivering exceptional customer service and client’s needs are handled effectively and efficiently.
Developing a market customer and entry acquisition strategy, designing, and building a service and sales capability.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related filed, oversea educated is a plus
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Sales/General Management from a Leasing company, Used truck or vehicle leasing experience will be highly desirable
Strong knowledge in leasing business will definitely be an advantage
Enthusiastic, assertive and proactive
Excellent leadership skills
