Responsibilities
Responsible in providing legal services related to company business including contracts and legal compliance
To develop and maintain the contractual compliance system and legal compliance system to ensure that the company complies with all laws and/or regulation requirements and all obligations under the contracts or agreements
Provide legal advice to the business and management team
Responsible for reviewing contract agreements
To provide legal advice on all potential disputes and complains from all related parties
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation for various business units
Responsible and takes leads for all possible and on-going ligations
Handled all ad-hoc legal issues and matters
Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, oversea educated from a reputable university is a plus
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Legal or Compliance field, experience from large Retail or FMCG is highly desirable
Strong knowledge in Corporate and Commercial Law
Strong leadership skills
Licensed Attorney or Notary Public preferred
Excellent command in spoken and written in Thai and English
