  • Develop long term relationship with existing customer by catch up with them closely company new product and services

  • Oversee business development activities, Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities

  • Understand client requirements and develop strategies to assist them with their needs

  • Manage multiple customer accounts and develop account penetration strategy to grow the accounts’ revenue and shares

  • Ensure that account management team are executing well service to meet client’s expectation

  • Be a Leader of sales team, manage P/L to meet company’s target

  • Lead and Motivate sales team


  • Bachelor in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or any related field. Master Degree from oversea is a plus

  • Minimum of 8 years solid as a Project Manager, background from Insurance firm will definitely be an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Presentable, strong business acumen, be able to deal with C-level executive

  • Independent, highly motivated individual

  • Excellent command of English
